The best way to contact an admin is through IRC (irc.gamesurge.net #arenaclan). You can use our Web Client if you don't have IRC.
Visit us in IRC for all match disputes, problems with player accounts or teams, or any other problems that require a fast response.
Logging in:
You can log in from any page on the site. Click here for lost passwords.
To use our forums you have to create a new name and password separate from your ArenaClan login(it can be the same name).
How to join a team:
Players must first be invited by a team captain. To accept your invite go to Account Manager and look under Invites.
Inviting players to your team:
To invite players to your team you must first be a captain. Go to Players to find the Player ID of the players you want to invite. You can then go to the Account Manager and click Invite Members. Enter the Player ID NUMBER of the player you want to invite.
Challenging:
To make a challenge log in and go to the ladder you would like to make the challenge on. If your team is able to challenge there will be a Challenge Team link under My Challenges. Click it and choose the team you would like to challenge.
Accepting a challenge:
Log in and view the ladder you're playing on. If you've been challenged you will see the option to Accept Challenge.
Finalizing Challenge:
After a team accepts a challenge the challenger must finalize the match. Log in and navigate to the ladder. You will see a Finalize Match option under My Challenges.
Reporting the Loss:
After a match has been played the loser must report the match. After signing in click Report a Loss on the left nav menu.
Confirming the win:
After a team has reported a loss the winner must confirm the win. After signing in click Confirm a Win on the left nav menu.
Uploading Demos:
You may be asked to upload match demos by the administrators. To do so create an account in our forums and upload your demos or screenshots in the Match Results forum. All teams are encouraged to share their match demos and screenshots in the forums.
Leaving a ladder:
To leave a team use the Account Manager. To remove your team from a ladder go to IRC and ask an admin for help.
